Meet V V A Rao, a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in customer service management. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Rao has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Haier, Videocon, LG, Onida, Usha & BPL. Driven by a strong desire to serve, he now successfully runs Care Foundation, fulfilling his long-held dream. Throughout his career, Rao has been a champion for customer rights, advocating for service providers who are not only adept and sincere but also competent and prompt in addressing customer concerns.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from NIT-Surat, Vivek began his career at M/S Godrej & Boyce, Mumbai. Over 33 years, he worked in esteemed national and multinational companies like Shriram Refrigeration (USHA), Voltas, Whirlpool, Honda, Tata Power Solar, Avery, and Havells. Vivek led teams in Manufacturing, QA, Business Development, After-Sales Service, and Project Execution. During his tenure at Havells, he played a crucial role in the "Solar SBU" as a core team member, establishing a foothold for Solar Products and Roof Top Systems in the market. Vivek is known for developing and implementing innovative service delivery mechanisms, especially in rural markets.
Rabi, an Aeronautical Engineering graduate from MIT Madras, brings over 36 years of extensive experience with top industries in India and multinational corporations like Samsung, Panasonic, VG, and TATA CROMA. Now seeking to transition into education, he aspires to contribute technical support for nation-building through skill development.
Rabi holds certifications as an International Trainer by Door International USA, HR-Trainer by Samsung Asia HQ, and Global Instructor by Samsung Electronics South-Korea. He is also a certified 6-Sigma Black Belt with 5-Green Belt Projects, achieving notable success at Samsung Head Quarter, Suwon City, South Korea. His accomplishments include receiving the Star Performer’s award from TATA Business Group.
Meet Naraish Razdan, a dedicated Customer Satisfaction Ambassador and seasoned professional in service excellence. Naraish holds a B.Tech in Mechanical from NIT Srinagar and boasts a robust customer service career spanning over three decades. His expertise shines through leadership roles with renowned consumer electronics brands such as Godrej, Voltas, Samsung, and Havells.
Having worked globally in locations like UAE, Nigeria, and Ghana, Naraish has led service operations for brands like Sony, Supra, Lenovo, Gronje, Dometic, HP, and Haier. Beyond contributing to the establishment of service excellence networks, he actively shapes, develops, and implements CRM strategies for effective monitoring and management of service operations.
